This post could have been called “90′s music from 2K’s artist”.
I bet you all know this song, I fell in love with it the first time I was listening to the Game “Documentary”.
I like the way Cool and Dre sampled Rubber Band, making it sound so 90′s, It remember me something like old time’s Havoc Production. Great drums also in this cut.
I definitely dig also the way Game and 50 deliver their lyrics, showing us they are not only capable of sparking controversy. I am not here to talk you about their beef, I don’t want to take no one side, I just want to say that modern days beef are in 9 out of 10 cases brought up by artists agents, just as it happens in the Wrestling league’s feuds. because like Dr Dre said : -Controversy sells-.
I am sick and tired of rappers beefing over nothing, I just quote P. Diddy words: -Beef doesn’t happen on records-.

Talking about the sample used, it is from Trammps’s “Rubber Band”, a not so famous track from a very famous band.
They recently joined all time Disco Hall Of Fame with their single “Disco Inferno” aka the TV commercials’s most used song.

Since I was sick and tired of doing the same mix all the times… this time I bring you a beat composed by myself, sampling the same song Cool and Dre used. Tell me what you think about that, critics are welcomed.
